Four Factors Make the Users Love Your App

APP developers, do you have enough understanding of your products, do you ave a good understanding of your users, and are you really prepared? If not, don’t blame the user for unloading the APP. First, review where the problem lies!

First of all, we should do a good job in basic design research, and let users fall in love with it at first sight. This is what we usually call “half of success”. Basic work needs to focus on the following aspects:

 

Brand influence

There are many products on the market that have more popularity and brand influence. Compared to new products, users will have more trust in these old products and will feel more confident when using them. This is the brand effect. Of course, this brand effect is also feasible in the mobile APP development market. If any brand of APP has enough influence, then users are willing to be closer to it. This is the common mentality of most people. It can be seen that the greater the brand influence of  an APP, the higher the user’s retention rate.

An app that attracts users and retains them must have a good user interface. The user interface is just as important as the value of the product itself. Therefore, the UI design of the app will also have a large impact on the retention rate of the user. If the interface of an app is too monotonous and rough, the user will have a terrible impress. In the cottage, the user retention rate will inevitably decline. Only the  APP having a good user interface can effectively attract users, allowing users to understand their internality in goodwill, thereby enhancing user stickiness and loyalty.

 

Beginner’s guide

Although the operation of most APPs is relatively simple and easy to use, users will be able to use them once. However, some game APPs still require “novice guidance”. Therefore, such specific APPs must be well-equipped and in the most simple and direct way to teach users how to quickly get started, otherwise it will seriously affect the user retention rate.

 

APP performance

The APP performance mentioned here refers mainly to the response time of the APP to the user. Imagine if the APP response is slow, or even flashback, cannot be opened, etc., it will inevitably seriously affect the user experience. In this case, how can the user’s retention rate be high?

If the app developers can do the basic work of the above four points, you can leave a good first impression for your users in first time.
