From PIE:

b) Exit Bedok, towards the direction of Chai Chee Street. From Chai Chee Street, turn into Chai Chee Road

From ECP:
Exit Siglap. Drive straight along Siglap and turn left to New Upper Changi Road. You will see the MRT track. Drive along New Upper Changi Road and turn left to Chai Chee Road.
